Welcome to Divinely Wired Wellness. By booking a session, event, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

General

  • All services are provided for wellbeing, personal growth, and relaxation purposes only.

  • You must be 18+ to book or participate, unless previously agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate for safety or ethical reasons.

Payments & Bookings

  • All bookings require full payment to secure your space.

  • Spaces are limited — please book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds

1:1 Services (Energy Healing, Intuitive Guidance, Online Sessions)

  • Cancellations 48+ hours in advance → full refund or reschedule

  • Cancellations 24–48 hours → reschedule only

  • Cancellations <24 hours → non-refundable

Public Sound Bath Events

  • Tickets are may be transferred to another person with notice and are subject to the refund policy of the platform used to book.

  • Rescheduling is always offered where possible.

Private Group Events & Corporate Bookings

  • 50% Deposit required upon booking.

  • Remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellation less than one month before event → deposit is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is always offered where possible.

Health & Safety

  • Always consult a medical professional if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, severe mental health conditions, or other concerns.

  • Sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound-induced seizures — please notify us before booking.

  • You are responsible for informing us of any relevant conditions or contraindications prior to the session/event.

Intuitive Guidance Disclaimer

  • All intuitive and oracle guidance is informational and supportive only.

  • It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • You remain responsible for any decisions and actions taken following a session.

  • All readings operate under the Law of Free Will.

Session Conduct

We maintain a respectful and safe environment.
Abusive behaviour, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

Confidentiality & Recordings

  • Personal information shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential.

  • When applicable, session recordings are provided for personal use only and must not be shared or posted publicly without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All branding, written content, audio, video, and materials created by Divinely Wired Wellness are copyright protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

Late Arrivals

We strive to begin promptly.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to respect following clients.
Refunds are not given for time missed.

Liability

By booking, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that Divinely Wired Wellness is not liable for any outcomes related to your experience.
You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after services.

Agreement

By booking any offering with Divinely Wired Wellness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
