As we move through the energy of the Spring Equinox and Aries season, we enter a powerful moment of rebirth, courage and forward momentum. Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, invites us to begin again — to reconnect with our instinct, our truth and the flame that lives inside us.
In this immersive Shamanic sound ceremony, you will be guided on a journey of healing, renewal and activation.
Through a grounding movement practice, we will gently awaken the body and anchor ourselves into the present moment. From here, you will be guided into a deep meditation to connect with your inner child, offering space to listen, heal and reclaim the parts of yourself that are ready to rise again.
Together we will work in ritual to ignite the inner flame — calling in clarity, courage and the energy to move forward with intention.
The ceremony will then open into a Shamanic sound journey, where the vibrations of sacred instruments will support you in releasing what no longer serves you and activating the fire of your inner power.

As we move into Pisces season, we enter a softer, more intuitive time of the year.
Pisces invites us to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with our inner voice. It is a season of emotional healing, spiritual reflection, creativity and surrender — a moment to trust what is unfolding within rather than pushing forward.
This two-hour women’s circle is designed as a calm, candlelit sanctuary where you can step away from the noise of daily life and return to yourself. Through grounding practices, ritual and sound, we gather to release what feels heavy, reconnect with our intuition, and open gently to new beginnings.
What to expect
This is an intimate and intentionally curated experience combining movement, meditation, ritual and sound healing.
During the evening you will be guided through:
– Gentle grounding and body-based practices to settle the nervous system
– Reflection and intention setting for the Pisces season ahead
– A sacred water and crystal ritual for emotional release and renewal
– Space for quiet connection and shared feminine energy
– A deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath to support higher self connection and inner clarity
No previous experience with meditation, yoga, or spiritual practice is needed. You are invited to simply arrive as you are and receive what you need.

Together we honour the importance of rest, reflection, intuition, and emotional wellbeing as we move into a new astrological season.
