Hi, I’m Bex Isabella -

Energy worker, sound therapy practitioner, intuitive, and your go-to mentor for feminine embodiment and city-girl spirituality.

But before all that… I was the woman running on empty.
Burning the candle at both ends.
Achieving a lot — but feeling very little.

I had the career. The busy social life. The hustle badge of honour.
And still, something inside me whispered:
“There’s more for you. You were made for deeper.”

So I followed that voice.
Into healing. Into softness.
Into a version of myself that didn’t just survive the world — she designed her place in it.

Why I do this

Because I know what it feels like to be:

  • overwhelmed by expectations

  • disconnected from your intuition

  • craving peace but not knowing where to find it

And I also know the exact moment that shifts. The moment you remember: “I’m allowed to take up space — softly and powerfully.”
